Blue Badge: Disabled parking bays for short or long stays are at the entrance of the Ferry Terminal, with a lift to check-in. At the cruise terminal you can drive right up for drop-off and your car can be parked for you if needed, arranged with your tour operator before you travel.

Private parking firms

Off-site car parks and meet-and-greet firms are private businesses, not part of the port. Many are fine and cheaper, but check before you book: where the car is actually kept, how the transfer works and how often it runs, whether the car park has the Park Mark Safer Parking award, the firm's cancellation terms and recent reviews. Meet-and-greet firms that aren't the port's own can't use the terminal forecourt without paying the port's charges like anyone else.
