"Pre-book from" is the lowest "from" price the airport's own website shows as text. "7 days, turn up" is the airport's published weekly turn-up price, or the total worked out from its published daily turn-up rates. "Lift" is the drop-off charge plus the cheapest pick-up charge for one trip.
