Booking: Norwich Airport recommends pre-booking as early as possible to guarantee a space and price; some products can be booked up to 2 hours before arrival. Standard bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before entry, Flex up to 2 hours before; if a sale rate has gone when you amend, the new rate applies. Overstays on pre-booked parking are £30 per day or part thereof.
Blue Badge: Blue Badge bays in Car Park 1 (Short Stay) and Car Park 2 (Long Stay); no need to say so when booking. Dedicated Blue Badge drop-off and pick-up spaces in Car Park 1, where you can stay up to 4 hours for the up-to-20-minutes rate (£8) after taking the badge to the parking office in the terminal.
Electric cars: The airport says there are currently no electric charging points at the airport.
Off-airport parking
Off-airport car parks and meet-and-greet firms are private businesses, not part of the airport. Many are fine and cheaper, but check before you book: where the car is actually kept, how the transfer works and how often it runs, whether the car park has the Park Mark Safer Parking award, the firm's cancellation terms and recent reviews. Meet-and-greet firms that aren't the airport's own can't use the terminal forecourt without paying the airport's charges like anyone else.
What Norwich Airport says: Drop-off and pick-up is only allowed in the designated area of Car Park 1. Stopping or waiting on approach roads or roundabouts risks a penalty charge from Vehicle Control Services Limited. Bookings made via third-party agents such as Holiday Extras must be changed with that agent.
